Last year on January 1st I made the proclamation that the Detroit Red Wings would win the Stanley Cup. They ended up bringing it home to Hockeytown. I forgot to blog the same prediction again, so I am doing so now. There’s a team in California who thinks they can win it all, how cute everyone!
Since the Cup doesn’t belong outside the original 6 I will call Wings over the Habs in 6 games.
I’ll let this jab against the penguins alone only because the STEELERS ARE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL! LET’S GO STEELERS! RAAAAH!

First, there was hockey long before the “Original Six”. Second, some could say the cup belongs ANYWHERE BUT in the hands of those teams. Those teams held hockey hostage for 25 years! An era very reminiscent of when the MOB ran the unions. Corruption, tax evasion and exclusion. “Golden Era” my ass!
